Tropical Seas Hotel

We came in January and loved it. Rooms were nice,staff was nice and had no problems. Pet friendly

The room was very clean. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The price was just right. We will definitely consider Tropical Seas if we stay in the area again.

Clean, bug-free, literally on the beach. 2 clean pools, every single employee was friendly and in a professional way. All were also helpful. The rooms are remodeled and in the partial ocean view rooms on one side and in the ocean view rooms you can watch the sun rise everyday. In The partial ocean view rooms on one side of the building you can see the ocean but not the sunrise. Lovely place since it’s in a great location, clean, bug-free and great employees are my 4 most important things! Expedia mentioned that the partial ocean view rooms had balconies but failed to list that the ocean view rooms have balconies but just know that all of the ocean view rooms have balconies! This made the stay go from the already 10 stars to 100 stars for me! Every single employee I encountered from maintenance people to housekeepers to front desk people were incredibly friendly and professional on several occasions. It’s like they all received the same customer service training and all took pride in actually delivering quality service! Love the view, balconies, parking and clean bug free rooms!

Me and my husband experience was amazing. We travel from NC a getaway vacation. Sept 1st - 4th Ocean front view The hotel is very clean, and pleasant. Rooms very clean and neat even down to the hallways, elevator, and stairways. Everyone including housekeeping very nice. Walk out of the hotel and around the back literally you are right there at the beach. Mins from shopping and attractions. We will most definitely come back again!!!

Definitely not bad for the price, great views and right on the beach. Hot tub was out of order and wasnt even told about it. 2 pools get lots of sand in them but cleaned at least 1 time a day. Rooms were a bit outdated, but beds weren't bad.

I did a mini vacation with my family. This hotel is right on the beach, which I loved. The room was clean and the hotel itself is budget friendly. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful when needed & they made check-in very smoothly. You will have to pay $150 security deposit when checking in, either cash or card, but you get that back when checking out. My stay was pleasant & my family love their rooms as well. This was my 1st time in SC but it will not be my last. The next time I come, I plan to book this hotel again & hopefully can stay a little longer.

I can’t believe the great experience I had. This is an ocean front hotel. To begin with, the girl that checked me in was cute and helpful. The grounds looked clean. My room was exactly what I needed & wanted. It was a studio type setup, clean and the bathroom was well lit. Nothing fancy but it did have a big screen tv and a side balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or two. I slept perfectly and woke up early to watch the sunrise. So then I went to check out and the dark skin front desk honey was smokin hot. No problems whatsoever even sent me off with a “safe travels.” I am so thankful for such a great experience. I would recommend this hotel

I stayed in January and got an insanely good rate. I had a misunderstanding that was entirely my fault. I saw they had a hot tub. It turns out it was closed for the winter since it is outside. The day we came had snow flurries so I wouldn't have braved the cold to use it. Because I thought it was an indoor hottub Scott upgraded me to an oceanview room. It was my first time with such a beautiful view. I decided to extend my stay longer!
